Renaissance Casa E-Commerce is intended for selling bed, table, bath and decoration products over the Internet. We are dedicated to offering quality and security in all operations carried out through E-Commerce.

The Terms and Conditions of Use are the general conditions that must be observed by the Consumer when using E-Commerce, and it is mandatory to read them.

Formal acceptance of this Term will occur through use or registration in E-Commerce, in which case the Consumer will declare their full, irrevocable and unrestricted agreement with the conditions set out in this Term.


Registration in E-Commerce Renaissance Casa takes place online, at the time of purchasing the product, subject to the provision of true registration data from the Consumer, which will be done voluntarily, consenting to the collection, use and storage of data , all under the terms of the Privacy Policy.

The Consumer to use E-Commerce must be civilly capable, in accordance with the civil legislation in force in Brazil, with the registration being carried out by a person without legal capacity and the responsibility for the registration will fall on their legal representatives.

E-Commerce Renaissance Casa reserves the right to use all valid and possible means to identify the Consumer, as well as to request additional data and documents that it deems to be relevant in order to verify personal data. The Consumer is aware that the improper use of E-Commerce will result in civil and criminal sanctions resulting from their conduct.

Once registered, the Consumer authorizes E-Commerce Renaissance Casa to use their data, such as: telephone, email, Whatsapp, SMS, as a means of communication. This data is protected by E-Commerce in accordance with the terms of its Privacy Policy.

Security and privacy

The Consumer is responsible for the safekeeping and confidentiality of their login and password, as well as for the misuse of their registration by third parties. When confirming registration in E-Commerce, the Consumer declares himself fully aware that he will be solely responsible for the operations carried out through his login, access to which will only be permitted after providing the exclusive, personal and non-transferable password.

Renaissance Casa E-Commerce takes all necessary precautions so that the Consumer can make online purchases in complete safety.

E-Commerce has the SSL Security Certificate and the IPC certificate . These protocols guarantee a highly secure environment during online browsing and transactions. Credit card numbers are encrypted, sent directly to the administrator and are not stored in their database.

E-Commerce does not transfer Consumer data to third parties (except upon receipt of legal or judicial determination) . The information is kept confidential and is used only to perform the functions inherent to purchases made on the website.

The Consumer may, at any time, choose to cancel email communications from Renaissance Casa via Newsletter.

Purchases, payment methods and delivery time

After completing the Registration, the Consumer will be able to make use of all the functionalities available on the Renaissance Casa E-Commerce, being able to purchase the products online.

Payment for E-commerce purchases can be made via: Cash Bank Slip; Credit cards in cash or in installments; Online debit or deposit into account. 

When the option is a bank slip, it must be issued by the customer himself when completing the purchase, and can be paid either through the banking network or over the Internet, simply by accessing the bank's website where the payment will be made. Purchases made through this modality will be honored as long as the invoice is paid within 03 (three) business days, at which point the request will become void.

When payment is made by Credit Card, a completely secure environment provided by the administrator will ensure that the transaction is completed online. Prices, promotions, delivery costs and payment terms are only valid for online purchases.

Once payment for the order has been confirmed, it will be delivered using the Post Office systems: Sedex or PAC. It will not be possible to schedule the time and date for delivery of orders. Delivery times will be between 12pm and 6pm, during business hours.

The delivery time will be informed when completing the order and may vary according to the location, the chosen payment method and the availability of the product purchased. The delivery time starts after payment and shipping confirmation.

If the delivery address is a gated community or building, delivery will be made to the entrance there, as the company does not have authorization to enter the condominium or building.

The order can be received by third parties, such as condominium doormen and family members, as long as they sign proof of receipt of the goods. Three delivery attempts will be made, on consecutive business days. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the product will be returned to Renaissance Casa locations. For a new shipment, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer and a new delivery time will be given.

Exchange and return policy

Renaissance Casa has defined an "Exchange and Return Policy" that aims to offer total satisfaction to its customers in relation to online purchases in E-commerce. If a product needs to be exchanged or returned, the customer must contact RC Customer Service .

These conditions are addressed to all customers of our online store. The instructions must be strictly followed for your request to be fulfilled. The return or exchange process will only begin when we receive the product to be returned or exchanged.

The conditions for making an exchange or return are as follows:
Return due to withdrawal/regret; Exchange or return due to manufacturing defect/defect.

Return due to withdrawal

The right to withdrawal is included in the Consumer Protection Code. We will accept the return of goods due to cancellation of the purchase in accordance with the following conditions:

  • After receiving the order, the customer will have up to 7 calendar days to request a return to RC Customer Service;
  • The product must not show signs of use, washing or any modification;
  • The product must be intact, in its original packaging, with the label affixed to the item;
  • Every return must be accompanied by the invoice;
  • Products returned outside of the above conditions cannot be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without prior consultation.

To count the period, the provisions of the Brazilian Civil Code apply, excluding the start day and including the end day.

    Please note that the refund process, for canceling the purchase, will only begin after we receive the product.

    Requesting a refund due to withdrawal:
    The customer must send an email to RC Customer Service , preferably using the form on the contact page (renaissancecasa.online@gmail.com). The return request must be accompanied by the following information:

    • Full name and CPF ;
    • Order number and date;
    • Name and value of the product to be returned;
    • Confirm contact phone number/email;
    • Reason for return (this information will allow us to improve our services).

    If you paid by bank slip, debit or deposit, the customer must send the details of the account that was debited (bank, branch, current account, account holder) so that we can make the refund.

    Exchange or return by default

    If the customer discovers a manufacturing defect/defect (and not due to misuse), they will have 90 days from the date of purchase to make a complaint. Outside this period, the guarantee will lose its effect. Exchange or return due to defect will follow the following conditions:

    • The returned parts will be analyzed to verify the manufacturing defect/defect;
    • If the product is defective due to misuse, the refund will not be authorized and the product will be returned to the customer.

    Examples of defects due to "misuse": signs of inappropriate/improper use of the product; signs of damage caused by an accident (resulting in seams, tears, holes, detachments...); natural wear and tear due to use; inadequate washing of the product.

    Please note that the exchange or refund process for defects will only begin after we have received and evaluated the returned product.

    Requesting an exchange or return due to a defect:
    The customer must send an email to RC Customer Service , preferably using the form on the contact page (renaissancecasa.online@gmail.com). The exchange or return request must be accompanied by the following information:

    • Full name and CPF ;
    • Order number and date;
    • Name and value of the product to be returned;
    • Confirm contact phone number/email;
    • Reason for return, stating the problem and under what circumstances the product was used.

    If you paid by bank slip, debit or deposit, the customer must send the details of the account that was debited (bank, branch, current account, account holder) so that we can make the refund.

    If the exchange/return has been validated, the customer can choose between:

    Exchange for replacement of the identical product (if available in stock);
    Exchange for another equivalent product of the same price;
    Exchange for a product of higher value (if you pay the difference);
    Return of the product with a full refund of the amount paid.


      Credit card: the refund will be made by the card administrator and can occur in up to 2 subsequent invoices. This procedure is the responsibility of the card administrator used.

      Boleto, debit or deposit: the refund of amounts will only be made to the account where the order was debited , within up to 10 (ten) business days after receipt of the return.

      Return address (recipient)

      All product returns (due to cancellation or defect) must be sent, securely packaged, to the following recipient:

      Please note that every return must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

      Exchange or return the product in physical stores

      It will not be possible to exchange or return the product in a physical store. For all purchases made online, the customer must follow the exchange and return instructions indicated by E-Commerce Renaissance Casa .

      Intellectual property

      The Consumer is not authorized to use, in any form or pretext, the Trademarks, their partial or full reproductions or their imitations, regardless of the destination of such use. The Consumer undertakes not to contest the validity of any Trademark or any other distinctive sign deposited or registered by E-Commerce Renaissance Casa or any companies linked to it, in any form, in Brazil or abroad.

      All content on the Site - including the domain name, programs, databases, files, texts, photos, layouts, headers and other elements is the property of Renaissance Casa and is protected by Brazilian laws and international treaties that deal with intellectual property rights.

      General content

      Renaissance Casa 's online store has its own autonomy and operates separately from physical stores. Therefore, products, prices and promotions may be different from those found in physical stores.

      Renaissance Casa online is dedicated to offering the best service to its customers. However, it is possible that errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur related to product descriptions, prices and stock availability. As soon as errors are identified, the store reserves the right to correct them, modifying and updating the information at any time, without prior communication.

      The photos in the online store aim to represent the products in the most accurate way. Even so, it is possible that some colors or prints appear with a different tone on your monitor. Due to possible calibration discrepancies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the tones on your computer screen or smartphone.

      Due to the manual manufacturing and organic nature of textile materials, small size differences may occur in textile products of the same reference.

      Temporary interruption of services

      Although E-Commerce Renaissance Casa makes every possible effort to keep its electronic address in operation 24 (twenty-four) hours a day, 7 (seven) days a week, there may be times when it is unavailable for for different reasons, including due to routine maintenance. In such situations, access to E-Commerce and the provision of services may be interrupted, suspended or terminated, at any time, at its sole discretion.

      The Consumer acknowledges that interruptions in the provision of services may occur due to reasons beyond their control and cannot be held responsible for any data lost during the transmission of information via the Internet.

      E-Commerce Renaissance Casa reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to discontinue, suspend, terminate or change the form of access to its electronic address in relation to any content, period of availability and equipment necessary for access and/or use thereof, without the need for prior notification to the Consumer.

      Final provisions, legislation and forum

      Tolerance by one party towards the other, in relation to non-compliance with any of the obligations now assumed, will not be considered a novation or waiver of any right, constituting mere liberality, which will not prevent the tolerant party from demanding faithful compliance with this Term from the other, anytime.

      E-commerce Renaissance Casa cannot be held responsible for any type of damage caused to its customers' computers, whether due to a virus attack or defects presented during use.

      If any clause of these Terms is declared null and void, the other clauses will remain in force and will be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and their purpose.

      The activities carried out by E-Commerce Renaissance Casa are not considered risky, and the objective liability provided for in article 927, sole paragraph, of the Civil Code is inapplicable, which the User declares to agree to in this act.

      Renaissance Casa E-Commerce is provided by the company JC DE MEDEIROS, registered with the CNPJ/MF under no. 28.893.539/0001-36, located at Rua João Eugênio de Lima, 241, Sala 02, Boa Viagem, Recife - PE – CEP 51030-360, where any notifications, subpoenas or summonses must be directed, which will only be valid with the issuance of acknowledgment of receipt.
